A new set of questions for leadership

AI is changing how businesses create value, compete, and organize their people. For CEOs, the implications extend from immediate operating decisions to fundamental questions about the future of the company.

We work alongside leaders to understand what is changing, develop an informed point of view, and determine how their organizations should respond. That perspective evolves as the technology advances and new questions emerge.

Every engagement begins with an executive dialogue to understand your priorities, your organization, and where you are in your AI journey. Our work is tailored to that context, and every client works directly with our partners.

Executive AI education & judgment

Build a working understanding of AI through hands-on experience and strategic dialogue. Develop the intuition to assess its capabilities, question assumptions, and recognize what matters for your business.

Strategy & investment

Determine where AI can create value and what it will take to realize it. We advise on strategic roadmaps, vendor selection, build-versus-buy decisions, and the economics of adoption.

Change management & talent

Understand how AI changes roles, capabilities, and resourcing needs. We help leaders develop talent strategies, align incentives, and build the internal capability to turn individual productivity into organizational impact.

Governance & accountability

Establish how AI is deployed and used across the organization. Define risk boundaries, data access, and decision ownership so teams can move forward with clear expectations and appropriate oversight.

Board & stakeholder engagement

Develop a clear position on AI and the decisions ahead. We help CEOs articulate the opportunity, explain the tradeoffs, and prepare for informed dialogue with boards, investors, clients, and employees.

An ongoing advisory relationship

We stay close to our clients and are available for a call as questions arise. Whether working through a decision or preparing for a board meeting, we help leaders develop an informed point of view and the confidence to engage stakeholders at every level.

Regular briefings on what matters

We interpret developments in AI technology, the vendor landscape, and the broader economic and competitive environment. We separate signal from noise and provide the business translation: what has changed, why it matters, and what it could mean for your organization.

Access to a broader network of expertise

Our clients benefit from the expert networks we have built at Stanford and throughout our professional careers. We draw on those relationships to bring specialized knowledge and current perspectives to their questions as the technology, and the standard for best practice, continues to evolve.
